Summary of our experience with Napili Shores B-108 (B108)

We will give a summary of our experience renting Napili Shores B-108 (B108) from the owner (through the FRBO website) soon.

Until then all we can do is recommend that you do not rent this unit. It was filthy and disgusting.

A note on the Napili Shores complex

I just wanted to clarify that Napili Shores in general is a wonderful place to stay. It is in a great location, well maintained, and I would recommend staying there. Our family has been staying at Napili Shores for years and we love it. The Outrigger staff are superb.

We just highly recommend you avoid renting unit B-108 (B108). Either rent from another owner (there are owners in the complex who maintain their units properly) or directly from Outrigger (who manage the rental pool).

Unpaid Property Taxes - On the way to Foreclosure...

Just a note to anyone considering renting this unit, the owner has not paid the property taxes in 3 years (as of the date of this post). Anyone putting a deposit or paying in full to rent this unit should know that property may be foreclosed on, and it would be doubtful you'll get any of your money back.
